Robert Macsalka, MD
A New York City native, Dr. Robert Macsalka is a 40-year member of the local community. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1962, then went on to the CU School of Medicine. Dr. Macsalka completed his residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where he later became an assistant clinical professor. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Macsalka began practicing in Boulder 40 years ago when he started the Boulder Women’s Clinic, where he offers general gynecological care with a whole-person philosophy. His wife, Mary Macsalka, M.D., practices with him.
A Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Macsalka is a member of the clinical faculty in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He is a member of the Colorado Medical Society.
In his spare time, Dr. Macsalka enjoys spending time with his seven children and his pets, along with traveling, reading, and telling a good joke.
